Little Einsteins Group - 3 Year Old's and Over

At Tiny Thinkers we encourage children to think big even if they’re small and in the pre-school group we can really embrace their natural curiosity and enthusiasm to know more how the world works.

We use this as a tool to investigate lots of new concepts at an early years level such as cause and effect, measurements, interactions between different materials and expanding their understanding of the world.  Our little Picasso cooking sessions now become deeper learning lessons, e.g. numeracy like quantities and measurements, asking children how much liquid changes the mix and literacy skills are used to extend children’s knowledge.

We add adequate levels of challenge into normal daily activities combined with the inclusion of other skills such as maths, science and literacy give grounds for the name of the Little Einstein’s group.

Our regular outings to the park, playground, library and forest gain a different magnitude adding pedagogical purposes plus providing their own inherent benefit of having a daily connection with the outdoor environment and nature.  According with topics and lessons we expand our range of outings and sites such as the theatre, museums, shops and markets are familiar places to our Little Einstein’s children.

We enable an environment to encourage a strong sense of self and being independent.  We transform everyday tasks into opportunities to learn and start the transition to local school reception class, such as children putting on their own shoes and coats or seeing what they need to take for a hot/cold day or even serving their own food and clearing away afterwards.

Over the last few years Spanish as a second language has become a key part of the children’s curriculum.
